<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE.CITY OF SOUTH
<br />BEND,ST.`JOSEPH COUNTY STATE OF'INDIANA',:That it is desired and -deemed 'nece.s-s-ary.to,
<br />improve Benton Court from Milton Street: to the first.alley North of Milton Street
<br />as follows, to -wit: -
<br />.'Said tCourt •shall be graded and gnd `the roaeivaay thereof shall be paved;,
<br />and also the roadway of. ,certain portions of The streets and. -":1 eys• which enter or ,inter
<br />sect said street shallbe graded=an:d,paVed. ..The paving material to be used in makingg
<br />said improvement shall bje Sheet Asphalt, Bitulithioft- Asphalticeoncre,te or brick, and,
<br />the foundation shall be pportland•cement concrete six (6) inches'thie o the sheet
<br />Asphalt, Bitulithic, asphaltic concrete and brick, or rolled gravel 6inches f six_inche
<br />thick for the brick- also cement curb shall be.const cted aloe said court where
