RESOLUTION NO. 198 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHING THE METHOD AND /OR METHODS OF DISPOSITION AND AUTHORIZING THE REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN RECOMMENDED MINIMUM DISPOSITION PRICES OF LAND IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57 :AS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that necessary to establish the method to be used for disposition of ind and to establish the recommended minimum disposition prices ind in the LaSalle Park Project in accordance with the Land Disposition WH S, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the sale f these parcels are in accordance with the Disposition Plan for this area: and WHEREAS, the minimum price for said land has been determined in accordanca with all applicable statutes of the State of Indiana and rules and regulations and federal statutes governing the sale of urban renewal land; and WHER S, the Redevelopment Commission has reviewed the three separate Reuse App aisals for said parcels; and S, the proposed disposition prices for said parcels gre, in the opinion o the Comnis$io. _gO4 reasonable—and NOW, THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determines that land in the project area shall be disposed of by the following methods which are more fully described in the Urban Renewal Plan Sections noted: 14 -3 -4 Predetermined Price Offerings, 14 -3 -5 Subsidized Redevelopment and 14-3-6 Type A Cases, Sale of Small, Not Separately Useable Parcels to Owners of Abutting Property, are the appropriate methods of disposition in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan as recorded; and =or T R, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission authorizes the Executive Direc o submit the proposed disposition prices to the Department of Housing and Urban Development office for concurrence.
