I. The Declaratory Resolutions and the Amended and Restated Plans <br /> conform to the plan of the development of the City. <br /> 2. The Amended and Restated Plans are in all respects approved, ratified and <br /> confirmed. <br /> 3. The River East Declaratory Resolution (i)designating and declaring <br /> certain territory to expand the existing River East Area; (ii) adding certain property to the River <br /> East acquisition list; and (iii) approving the River East Plan is in all respects approved, ratified <br /> and confirmed. <br /> 4. The River West Declaratory Resolution (i) removing certain territory from <br /> the River West Area; (ii) designating and declaring certain territory to expand the existing River <br /> West Area; (iii) transferring certain territory from the West Washington Chapin Area to the <br /> River West Area; (iv) adding certain properties to the River West Area property acquisition list; <br /> and (v) approving the River West Plan is in all respects approved, ratified and confirmed. <br /> 5. The West Washington Chapin Declaratory Resolution (i) removing certain <br /> territory from the West Washington Chapin Area; (ii) adding certain parcels of property to the <br /> West Washington Chapin Area property acquisition list; and (iii) approving the West <br /> Washington Chapin Plan is in all respects approved, ratified and confirmed. <br /> 6. The South Side Declaratory Resolution (i) transferring certain territory <br /> from the River West Area to the South Side Area; (ii) designating and declaring certain territory <br /> to expand the existing South Side Area; (iii) adding certain properties to the South Side Area <br /> property acquisition list; (iv) transferring certain parcels of property previously included on the <br /> River West Area property acquisition list to the South Side Area acquisition list; and (v) <br /> approving the South Side Plan is in all respects approved,ratified and confirmed. <br /> 7. This Resolution hereby constitutes the written order of the Area Plan <br /> Commission approving the Declaratory Resolutions and the Amended and Restated Plans <br /> pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-14-16. <br /> 8. The Secretary of the Plan Commission is hereby directed to file copies of <br /> the Declaratory Resolutions and the Amended and Restated Plans with the minutes of this public <br /> meeting. <br /> - 3 - <br />
