<br />improve Whiteman Court from Wenger .,Street,to Pennsylvania Avenue as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Said Court shall be radedd the roadwa� thereof shall be paved; and
<br />also the roadway o_f'certain port, , s of e streets an 'alleys which ente or
<br />intersect -said court shall be graded and paved. The paving material to be used
<br />in -making said imp rovement shall be Sheet, Asphalt-, Bitulithie Asphaltic Cnner.ete
<br />brick or a seven t7) inch Portland cement Concrete pavement, am the foundation
<br />shall be portland cement concrete six (6) inches thick forthe Sheet Asphalt,
<br />bitulithie, asphaltic concrete and brick or rolled gravel six (6) inches thick for
<br />the brick, storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed where necessary, all
<br />manhole tops and storm --water inlets shall be set to the proper grade, cement
<br />marginal curb shall be constructed,at all -street- and alley intersections where
<br />necessary, all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans,
<br />prefiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the office of the Dep€l:rtmeyt
<br />of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
