The party of the first part further agrees that at any time the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend deemed it advisable to renew the within bond by new sureties that upon proper notice to party of the first part by the Board of Public Works, he agrees to take up the present bond an file and to renew the same with sureties satisfactory to the Board of Public.
