9 <br />Body of <br />that it <br />Project, <br />No. <br />RESOLUTION 195 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM H -6144, "REQUEST FOR CON - <br />CURPMCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS,. the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes <br />is now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 14 -2, LaSalle Park <br />Ind. R -57; and <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of real <br />estate, identified as Parcels 14 -2, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated <br />September 7, 1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and <br />reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commissi n hereby determines that Parcel No. 14 -2, in LaSa3,. Park <br />be acquired and that such acquisition conforms with the re -use plan <br />of the Project, and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration <br />of Form UD-6144, dated September 7, 1967, for the said Parcel 14 -2 is <br />hereby a proved. <br />Adopted <br />held on <br />South Be <br />at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />September 7, 1967 at the office of the Commission, 120 W.
