<br />Resolved. by the Board of Public works of the City of South mend St. Joseph
<br />County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve Twelf-th treet`from

<br />The'eost of said improvement, including the cost of street -and alley
<br />intersections, shall be assessed upon the real estate abutting on said Twelfth`: Street
<br />all according to the method and manner provided for in an Act of'the°General _Apsembly
<br />of the State of I diena, entitled An Act ConcerningMunicipal Corporations, appppro
<br />approved March 6, 905, and in accordance with and palsuant to the provisions of_all
<br />amendatory and supplemental -acts thereto, passed by the General Assembly of the'State.
<br />of Indiana. Assessm Nts, if deferred, are to, be paid in ten equal annual innstaalizants
<br />Winterest at the: rate of Six per cent per annum. A bond or bonds shall be issued -
<br />the contractor in payment of such work, unless the property owners pay said assess
<br />ment before said bond or bonds are issued. Under_no circumstances shall. the City of
<br />South Bead; be, or be held responsible for any sum or sums due from said property,
<br />owner or 'owners for said work or for the collections of the same, or for the. -payment

<br />March 1921 and on the 6th. day of April 1921 in the South Bend Dail Tribune
<br />This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in he City Aall on
<br />the 20th. day of April 1921 at 7:15 P.M.

<br />constructed, all as is more particularly shown and all in adcordance with the plans,
<br />profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the office of the Department
<br />of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana,in accordance with the rolfiles

<br />the Board of Public Works of said City; and such improvement is now ordered,
