<br />° STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 654.
<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary
<br />to improve Sarin„Street from Emerick Street to Neddo Court as follows, towitt-
<br />Said Street shall be graded and the rdadway thereof shall be paved;
<br />and also the roadway of ertain'portions of the -streets and°sileys°which enter or
<br />intersect said street shall be grade and paved. The paving material to be'used in
<br />making said improvement shall be bitulithic,, asphaltic concrete, brick or•sevem.
<br />(7) inch Concrete pavement;'and°the foundation shall be portland cement concrete.
<br />six (6) inches thick for the bitulithic, asphaltic concrete and brick; also cement
<br />curb shall be constructed along seAd street where same is necessary and net
<br />already constructed; storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed where i
<br />necessary; all storm water inlets and manholes tops shall be set,te the proper grade
<br />cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all street and alley intersections whre
<br />necessary, all as is more particularly showA and all in accordance -with the plans,
<br />profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in•the office of the Department
<br />of Public works of the Cite .of South Bend, Indiana.
