Wednesday March 9th., 1921. <br />Board met in regular session at 7:30 P. M. All members present. <br />This being the date set for the deferred hearing on roll of awards <br />of damages and assessments of benefits on the Widening of Ewing Avenue from Olive <br />,Street to Ersnperger Street, under Condemnation Resolution No..56: and,considering <br />written remonstrances filed at previous hearings <br />Attorney S. Parker Attorney for the Pittsburg, Cincinnati <br />Chi-641t.-�aad and St..Louis Ry. Co. appeared and W. A. Graffis Emgineri of -said' railway <br />also appeared and agreed to the Following: -. <br />All written remonstrances on file with this Board in regard to <br />assessments of benefits or awards of damages was taken under consideration by the <br />Beard and the same were acted on as follows:- <br />. - - <br />William K. McHenry, Lot 3-73-374-375 made benefited and damages <br />equal at $24.00 <br />$150.00 Marie Madseon an Lot 71 Bowman 's 4th. Addition increased damages <br />George W-1twer on property as shown in remonstrance filed February <br />l6th.1,.1921 increased damages $231.25 total damages $1,250.00 <br />Mark & AliceG.Warlich on tract of ground as shown in remonstrance <br />filed February 16,1921 increased damages $200.00 total damages $91125 <br />Oswald and Sarah Sholly on Lot 51 in accordance with remonstrance <br />filed, damages increased $75.00 total damages $509,40 <br />Thrre Haute & Logansport Ry. Co, on tract of ground as shown in <br />remonstrance filed, damages.allowed at $210.23 total damages allowed $ 189.23 <br />William P. Kelley and Janette M. Slively on lots 73 and 74 in <br />City View Place as per remonstrance filed February 16th., 1921 benefits decreased <br />on each Lot $12.75 <br />D. C. Layton, Lot 29 benefits and damages made equal $199 50 <br />Lucinda Whiteman -on tract of ground as shown in remonstrance filed <br />damages increased $100.00 total damages $1,327.38 <br />Total added to benefitscntract burned by the City known as Rum <br />_Village $1,081.58 and same to be paid by the City. <br />All other remonstrances were over -ruled by the Board. <br />The Board deferred final action on said roll of awards of damages <br />and assessments of benefits on Widening of Ewing Avenue from Ernsperger Street to <br />Olive Street, under Condemnation Resolution No. 56 until Wednesday March 16th., <br />1921 at 7:15 P.M. <br />The Board apfointed Ed. Neddo, Philip Bondurant and Edward Pfeiffer <br />as appraisers on the Widening o Mishawaka Avenue and Nineteenth Street aldo Widening <br />of Kendall Street. <br />
