All members .present. <br />This being date set for deferred hearing ox roll of awards of <br />damages and assessments of benefits on the Widens gg of Ewing ' Avenue 'from Ersnperger <br />Street to Olive Street, under Uo.ndemnation Resolu ion No. 56.., <br />• In. theabovematter interested parties appeared and the Board <br />ordered xotttes sent to remonstrators on the Wideningof EwingAvenue assessments f <br />benefits and awards of damages and agreed to hold -a pecial mfeting to discus all <br />remonstrances on file Wednesday March 9th., 1921 at 7:15.P.M. <br />Deferred hearing had on resolution for Trunk sewer on 10Ldiaxa <br />Avenue from Olive Street to Prairie Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No, 840. <br />it. E. Couter of the Oliver Chilled Plow Company present, and other interested property <br />owners. Mr. Couter stated the Oliver Chillled P1low Works wanted a sewer, but would <br />like to have a new resolution started. The Board after hearing the interested property <br />owners present, resc nded Resolution No 840 and 'instructed the City Engineer to <br />prepare a new resolution and new estimated cost on same. <br />Deferred hearing -had on resolution for pipe sewer on_Emerick Street - <br />from Sorin Street to a point 100 f et northerly from the center of Hagerty St. under <br />Improvement Resolution No. 850. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Property openers appeared and stated they wanted sewer put in. <br />Attorney Walter Clements of the Michigan Central Ry. Company and Citil Engineer Phelps <br />L of said Company present and.took up the question o sewer going over Michigan Central <br />Ry. Co right of way. Attorney Clements stated he would submit proposition to their <br />office for ,an easement over their ground for sewer. The Board -deferred all action on <br />said sewer resolution until Wednesday March 16th., 1921 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Mr. Wolfe and Mr. Wilson representatives of the River Park Civic <br />Club met with the Board and took up the matter of proper seweage.ix River Park.
