Ndddo and Philip Bondurq6lt <br />appraisers present. <br />This being the date set for the hearing on roll of awards of <br />damnages and assessments --of benefits in the matter of appropriating land for the Widening <br />of Ewing Avenue from Ersnper er Street t6olive.Street, under Condemnation Resolution <br />No. 56-. Ix the City of South -Bend, -Indiana. <br />Ix -the above matter remonstrators appeared and written remora <br />strascesfwere filed as follows: <br />Attorne Orie Parker for C. E.
