Body <br />that <br />Proj <br />RESOLUTION NO. 193 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM H -6144, "REQUEST FOR CON- <br />CURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes <br />it is now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 10 -19, LaSalle Park <br />:ct, Ind. R -579 and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals <br />for �arcel No. 10 -19 and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel <br />of r al estate, identified as Parcel 10 -19, as shown on Form HUD - <br />6144 dated August 3, 1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair <br />and easonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelop- <br />ment Commission hereby determines that Parcel No. 10 -19, in LaSalle <br />Park be acquired and that such acquisition conforms with the re -use <br />plan of the project, and that the filing With the Urban Renewal Administration <br />of Form HUD -6144, dated August 3, 1967, for the said Parcel 10 -19 is <br />here y approved. <br />Adop ed at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held on August 3, 1967 at the office of the Commission, 120 W. LaSalle, <br />Souto Bend, Indiana. <br />
