P., light now there to the corner of Birdsell Street and alley at the corner of north,,of-Passnacht Avenue. Engineer fileed assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Harper Court from St. Joseph River to Lincoln tray East and Edgewater Drive from Harper Court to a point 80 feet north of Harper Court under,lmprovement Resolution No 845.
