<br />therefore f inci that the property assessed. in said roll filed November 24th.,1920 is bene-
<br />f ltted in, the &%4unt of assessments as shonw on said roll, and the Board further fled
<br />that the assessment roll filed November 24th. ,1920 and the final estimate allowed November
<br />24th.',1920 should be and the sane are hereby in all things rat if ied, o"onf armed end. approved .
<br />and the Board ordered that the City Controller be instructed to with -hold the sum of
<br />$750, p0 from final payment until repairs are made to pavement.

<br />In the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that
<br />that the assessment -roll filed November 24th,,1920 and the final estimate allowed
<br />November 24th.,1920 should be and the same are hereby in all things, rat if ied, ._e onf irmuad
<br />and approved, and the Board ordered that the sum of $2, 000. ©0 be 'held i'rom fonds due . the
<br />contractor until all Fepairs were made to pavement. Clerk instructed to notify City
