Resolved by the Board 'of Public Works that the sum of $f 0 60 �- be paid -to George W, Boyers of South Bend, Ind ieana t o re Imbur:te him for: the sum of $10.00 paid to the Building Department under mov ing permit #1114 vihich moving permit was issued by the Building Dept. and this permit was later returned undeed to they Building Dept., and by them oancelled of record. . Hearing had an 'assessment roll and final estimate for Pavement on D,Iomo d Avenue from Portage Avenue to North line of Cushing's Add. under Improvement Resolution No. 705.
