RESOLUTION 190 u <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOV XNG <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM H -6144, "REQUEST FOR <br />CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES'" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />Body f the City of South Bend, <br />, Departmwnt of Redevelopment, believes <br />that t is now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 40 -14, LaSalle Park <br />Project, Indiana R -57; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals <br />for P ceI No. 40 -14; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel <br />of reaZ estate, identified as Parcel 40 -14, as shown on Form HUD -6144, <br />dated July 20, 1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and <br />reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelop- <br />ment Conriission hereby determines that Parcel No. 40 -14, in LaSalle <br />Park be acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration <br />of Fom HUD -6144, dated July 20, 1967, for the said Parcel 40 -14 is <br />hereby approved. <br />he Zd c <br />LaSal i <br />d at the Regular `Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commisaion <br />n July 20, 1967 at the office of the Commission, 120 West <br />e Avenue, _ South Bend, Indiana. <br />
