RESOLUTION NO. 186 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF $1,375,000 PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of <br />development is selling $1,375,000 in preliminary loan notes <br />r the financing of an Urban Renewal Project in the City of <br />uth Bend, Indiana, designated as LaSalle Park Project, <br />diana R -57, to be secured by an agreement between the <br />ty of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the <br />ited States. <br />WHEREAS, the notes will be sold on the 11th day <br />o July, 1967 at 1 o'clock Eastern Daylight Savings Time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />ssioners of the Department of Redevelopment of the <br />of South Bend, as follows: <br />The Executive Director or Assistant <br />Director or Acting Finance Officer <br />be and is hereby authorized to accept <br />the low bid or bids for said preliminary <br />loan notes with acceptance to be by <br />telegram and confirmed by letter. <br />Adopted this 6th day of July, 1967. <br />
