<br />UTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOP14ENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
<br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
<br />RIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM H -6144, "REQUEST FOR
<br />RRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES"
<br />WHEREAS, t e South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City
<br />of South B nd, Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is now necessary
<br />\,,_ to purchas Parcel Nos. 40 -14, 40 -16, 40 -17, 40 -18, 40 -19, LaSalle Park
<br />Project, I diana R -57; and,
<br />WHEREAS, i has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel Nos. 40 -14,
<br />y
<br />40-16-,-40-;'7, 40 -18, 40 -19; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for five parcels of real estate,
<br />identified as Parcels 40 -14, 40 -16, 40 -17, 40 -18, 40 -19, as shown on
<br />Form HUD-6144, dated July'6, 1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair
<br />and reason4ble.
<br />NOW, THERE ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
<br />hereby determines that Parcels 40 -14, 40 -16, 40 -17, 40 -18, 40 -19, in
<br />LaSalle Pa k be acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal
<br />Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated July 6, 1967, for the said Parcels
<br />40-14, 40-16, 40 -17, 40 -18, 40 -19, is hereby approved.
