R -57, LASALLE PARK <br />, it is necessary by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />ent of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />ire the following real estate in the urban renewal area <br />s Ind. Townsend <br />31 -16 <br />Edward Chism <br />38 -23 <br />Glenn Odom <br />39 -5 <br />Glenn Odom <br />40 -7 <br />Fernell Hobson <br />42 -15 <br />Western State Bank <br />43 -4 <br />Lillie Mae Robinson <br />43 -7 <br />Andrew Trawinski <br />43 -17 <br />Jan Malkowski <br />43 -19 <br />Samuel Scott <br />43 -6 <br />Edward Anderson <br />28 -8 <br />Clinton Harden <br />Concurred -In <br />Acquisition Price <br />$2,810 <br />580 <br />3,100 <br />1,105 <br />2,755 <br />510 <br />3,135 <br />480 <br />485 <br />485 <br />2,565 <br />4,250 <br />1,335 <br />3,000 <br />the Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, <br />has made an effort to purchase the above described property <br />e owners, but the Department and said owners have been unable <br />e as to the purchase price, or the preliminary title examination <br />an the property to be owned by the county auditor, or greatly <br />red, or showing defects in title. <br />BE IT ESOLVED, that the Executive Director cause a notice and final <br />offer 'n writing to be made to each of the above owners at the <br />respec ive concurred -in price, which final offer shall include an <br />invita ion to discuss the acquisition of owner's property with the <br />Depart ent of Redevelopment within 10 days from mailing and a <br />notifi ation that Eminent Domain proceedings will be instituted <br />immedi tely after said 10 day period if agreement cannot be reached <br />on the purchase price within said 10 days. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Commissioners of the Department of <br />Redeve opment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that in the event <br />an agreement cannot be reached on the purchase of the property within <br />10 days after notice of final offer, then the Commissioners do hereby <br />determ'ne that they shall proceed to acquire the above described parcels <br />of rea estate under the power of Eminent Domain as described by the <br />laws o the State of Indiana in order to carry out the redevelopment <br />plan, and their attorney, Bruce C.
