rf <br />RESOLUTION 183 <br />RESOLD ION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOP14ENT COi -,U%;lISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY 0 THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />AUTHOR ZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM 61449 " REQUEST FOR <br />CONCUR ENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ". <br />WHEREAS, he South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the <br />City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the three <br />separate appraisals for one Parcel of real estate known as Parcel 2 -3, <br />being a portion only of the real estate acquired in the Chapin Street <br />Project, Indiana R -29; and <br />WHEREAS th acquisition price for one Parcel of real estate as shown <br />on HUD Form 6144, dated July 6, 1967, is in the opinion of the Commission, <br />fair and asonable; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESO VED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the <br />filing witi the Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated <br />July 6, 1957, for one Parcel of real estate is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held on July 6, 1967, at the office of the Commission, <br />120 West L Salle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
