Go <br />AS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 181 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION <br />OF THE FIRST AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT <br />NO. IND. R -57 (LG) BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED <br />STATES OF AMERICA. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY The South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />ning Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, <br />LLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The pending proposed First Amendatory Contract <br />(herein called the "Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain <br />Contract No. Ind. R -57 (LG),.dated the 22nd day of April, 1966, by <br />and between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment <br />(herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the United States of <br />Amer ca (herein called the "Government "), is hereby in all respects <br />SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to <br />exec to said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts on behalf of <br />the Local Public Agency, and the Secretary is hereby authorized and <br />directed to impyless and attest the official seal of the Local Public <br />Agen y on each such counterpart, and to forward such counterparts to <br />the lepartment of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on <br />behalf of the Government, together with such other documents relative <br />to t e approval and execution of such counterparts as may be required <br />by t e Government. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />on J ne 15th, 1967 at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
