t <br />CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER <br />The undersigned hereby certifies that: <br />1. He is the duly qualified and acting Secretary of the City of South Bend <br />Department of Redevelopment (hereinafter called the "Local Public Agency ") <br />and t e custodian of the records of the Local Public Agency, including the journal <br />of the proceedings of the City of South Bend Redevelopment Commission (herein- <br />after called the "Governing Body "); and is duly authorized to execute this certifi- <br />cate. <br />2. Attached hereto is a true and correct copy of a resolution, including the <br />WHEREAS clauses, ad ted at a meeting of the Governing Body held on the <br />,- day of , 1967. <br />3. The resolution has been duly recorded in the journal of the meeting and is <br />now i full force and effect. <br />4. The meeting was duly convened and held in all respects in accordance with <br />law and the bylaws of the Local Public Agency. To the extent required by law or <br />the bylaws, due and proper notice of the meeting was given. A legal quorum of <br />members of the Governing Body was present throughout the meeting, and a legally <br />sufficient number of members of the Governing Body voted in the proper manner <br />forte adoption of the resolution..
