RESOLUTION 180 ESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND DEPARTMENT OF REDE- ELOPMENT AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN AMENDATORY APPLI- ATION FOR LOAN AND GRANT FOR PROJECT NO. IND.
