BODY OF <br />AUTHORI <br />IN ACOU <br />RESOLUTION NO. 178 <br />N OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />HE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />NG THE FILING OF DHUD FORM H- 6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE <br />ITION PRICES" <br />ADOPTED May 18, 1967 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has <br />reviewed the three separate appraisals for 25 parcels of real estate, <br />being a portion only of the real estate to be acquired in the LaSalle <br />Park Project Area; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for 25 parcels of real <br />estate as shown on DHUD Form H -6144, dated May 18, 1967, are, in the <br />opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of <br />Form H-6144, dated May 18, 1967, for 25 parcels of real estate is <br />hereby a proved. <br />Ado ted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commissi n held on May 18, 1967, at the office of the Commission, <br />120 West LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
