RESOLUTION NO. 177 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHO- <br />RI '7ING 7HE FILING OF FORM HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE <br />IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes <br />that because of fire damage to Parcel 9 -4B, that said parcel should, <br />be reappraised; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals (each <br />with sup lemental appraisals) for one Parcel 9 -4B in the LaSalle Park <br />Project Area; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of <br />real estate as shown on . Form HUD -6144, dated May 18, 1967, is, <br />in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission hereby determines that Parcel 9 -4B in the LaSalle Park Project <br />shculd be reappraised and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Admini- <br />stration of Form H'JD -6144, dated May 18, 1967, for said Parcel 9 -4B is <br />hereby abgroved. <br />Commis si <br />West <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />held on May 18, 1967, at the office of the Commission, 120 <br />.le Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
