RESOLUTION NO. 176 <br />RESOLUTION DEDICATING STREETS <br />AND UTILITY AND CONSTRUCTION <br />EASEMENTS IN PROJECT NO. IND. <br />R -29 <br />WHEREAS, the Commission is desirous of dedicating <br />certain streets and utility and construction easements <br />pursuant to the Urban Renewal Plan of Project No. Ind. <br />R-29, commonly known as the Chapin Street Project, <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the South Bend Re- <br />development Commission of the City of South Bend, Depart- <br />ment of Redevelopment, hereby dedicates streets located in <br />the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, for use <br />of the public for street purposes, as more particularly <br />des ribed in Exhibits A, B and C immediately attached to <br />thi Resolution. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Commission does here- <br />by urther grant and dedicate easements for the use of <br />pub is utilities for installation and maintenance of water <br />and sewer mains, underground electric ducts, cables and <br />lin s, and pedestrian overpass, as more particularly des - <br />cr' ed in Exhibits D, E and F immediately attached to this <br />Res lution. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the President and Secretary <br />are hereby authorized to execute all necessary documents for <br />the dedication of such streets and easements and to cause the <br />same to be filed with the Board of Public Works and Safety of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Adopted this 4th day of May, 1967. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />DEPAR T OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />By .�_...� •' <br />
