Body of <br />that it <br />33 -14A; <br />RESOLUTION NO. 173 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT C0124ISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM H -6144, <br />°'REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />e City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes <br />now necessary to purchase the house trailer located on Parcel <br />A, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for the <br />house tr iler located on Parcel 33 -14A; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the house trailer, <br />identifi d as Parcel 33 -14A, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated April 20, <br />1967, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commissi n hereby determines that the house trailer located on Parcel <br />33 -14A in LaSalle Park be acquired and that the filing with the Urban <br />Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated April 20, 1967, for the house <br />trailer 3n Parcel 33 -14A is hereby approved. <br />120 West <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />in held on April 21, 1967, at the office of the Commission, <br />LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
