R -57, LASALLE PARR <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, Indiana to <br />acquire the following real estate in the urban renewal area known <br />as Ind. Domain proceedings will be <br />insti uted immediately after said 10 day period if agreement cannot be <br />reach d on the purchase price within said 10 days. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Commissioners of the Department of <br />Redev lopment of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that in the event <br />an ag eement cannot be reached on the purchase of the property within <br />10 da s after notice of final offer, then the Commissioners do hereby <br />determine that they shall proceed to acquire the above decribed parcels <br />of re #1 estate under the power of Eminent Domain as described by the <br />
