RESOLUTION N0. lb$ <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARAT1bN AND EXECUTION <br />OF ALL DOCUMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CLOSE- <br />OUT OF INDIANA PROJECT R -7 <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission is <br />des roue of proceeding to the final close -out of Indiana Project <br />R -7 commonly known as the Sample Street Project, and deems it advisable <br />to authorize members of its staff and attorney to proceed with the <br />pre aration and execution of all documents necessary for such close- <br />out <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Executive Director and /or the <br />Assistant Director of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission are <br />hereby instructed and authorized to prepare all necessary documents <br />and instruments for a close -out of Indiana Project R -7, commonly <br />kn as the Sample Street Project, in accordance with applicable <br />law# and regulations of the United States Federal Government and the <br />State of Indiana. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Executive Director and /or <br />the Assistant Director and the attorney for the Department of Redevelopment <br />of South Bend, Indiana, are hereby authorized to sign and execute all <br />necessary documents and instruments-for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Caminission as may be required in the close -out procedures for Indiana <br />Pro ect R -7. <br />
