RESOLUTION N0. 164 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF DHUD FORM HUD -61449 <br />"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes <br />that it is now necessary to purchase the building only of Parcel <br />11-171; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for <br />the uilding only of Parcel 11 -17B, known as 109 South Liberty <br />Str t; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of <br />read estate, identified as the building only of Parcel 11 -17B as shown <br />on Form HUD -6144, dated February 10, 1967, is, in the opinion of the <br />Comotission,, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelop- <br />ment Commission hereby determines that the building only of Parcel <br />11-17B in LaSalle Park be acquired and that the filing with the <br />Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated February 10, 1967, <br />for the said Parcel 11 -17B is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment. <br />C ssion held on February 16, 1967, at the office of the Commission, <br />120 est LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
