RESOLUTION NO. 163 <br />RES LUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT C (XMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AU- <br />THORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR C:;_iCURREPI!E <br />IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />of the City of South,Eend, Department of Redevelopment, believes <br />thai because of fire damage to Parcel 22 -•25, that said parcel should <br />be keappraised; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals (each <br />with supplemental appraisals) for one Parcel 22 -2.5 in the LaSalle <br />Project Area; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of real <br />est�te as shown on HHFA Form HUD -6144, dated February 2, 1967, is, in <br />the <br />opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment <br />sion 111 — -'-11% determines that Parcel 22 -25 in the LaSalle Park <br />Pro�ect should be reappraised and that the filing with the Urban <br />Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated February 2, 1967, for <br />sail Parcel 22 -25 is hereby approve'. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />ssion held on February 2, 1967, at the office of the Commission, <br />120IWes4l-- LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
