RESOLUTION NO. 162 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM H -6144, <br />"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES <br />WW,FAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />of the City of South Bend, Department_ of Redevelopment, believes <br />t it is now necessary to purchase only the South 20 feet of <br />40 -6; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for <br />South 20 feet of Parcel 40 -6; and, <br />W:-TEREAS, the proposed acquisition price for one parcel of real <br />estate, identified as Parcel 40 -6A, as shown on Form HUD -6144, <br />dated February 2, 1967, is,in the opinion of the Commission, fair <br />reasonable. <br />td^W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelop - <br />Commission hereby determines that only the South 20 feet of <br />4-0 ---6, identified as Parcel 40 -SA, in LaSalle Park be acquired <br />that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form <br />6144, dated February 2, 1967, J r the said Parcel 40 -6A is <br />hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />C ,.ission held on February 2, 1967, at thy: office of the Commission, <br />0 West LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
