Q <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 159 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR. <br />THE EXECUTION OF SECOND AMENDATORY CONTRACT- <br />AMENDING CONTRACT NO. INDIANA R -29 (LG) BY'' <br />AND BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH BEND,_ DEPARTMENT <br />OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF <br />AMERICA <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOP- <br />MENT, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The pending proposed Second Amendatory Contract <br />(he ein called the "Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain <br />Con III ract No. Ind. R -29 (LG), dated the sixth day of September, <br />196 by and between The City of South Bend, Department of Re- <br />dev lopment (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the <br />Uni ed States of America (herein called the "Government "), is hereby <br />in respects approved. <br />SECT *ON 2. The President of the Commission is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts <br />on behalf of the Local Public Agency, and the Secretary of the <br />Commission is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest <br />the official seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counterpart, <br />and to forward such counterparts to the Department of Housing and <br />Ur n Development, for execution on behalf of the Government, to- <br />get er with such other documents relative to the approval and ex- <br />ecu ion of such counterparts as may be required by the Government. <br />120 <br />SECTION 3.
