of <br />Of <br />sit <br />No. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 150 <br />WHEREAS, this Commission has heretofore on the 5th day <br />ktober, 1966, authorized the issuance of bonds in the amount <br />;680,000 to pay the cost of acquisition, clearance, rehabilitation, <br />improvement, and renewal of property described in Resolution <br />118 and all expenses necessarily incurred in connection with <br />i proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission did not include the proceeds of <br />i bonds in the regular budget for the year 1966; and <br />WHEREAS, the Executive Secretary of this Commission <br />notice of the hearing on the matter of appropriating the <br />reds of said bonds as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, such public 'hearing, was held on the 20th day <br />of October, 1966, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. Eastern Standard Time, <br />at the office of the Commission and all taxpayers or interested <br />persons desiring; to be heard in re;ard to said appropriation <br />were heard; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the South Bend Redevelopment Com- <br />mission that: <br />1. An extraordinary emergency exists for the making; <br />of an additional appropriation by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Coquission in the amount of $680,000 to be appropriated on the <br />cost of acquisition, clearance, rehabilitation, site improvement, <br />and renewal of property described in Resolution No. 118 and also <br />expenses necessarily incurred in connection with said proceedings. <br />of <br />2.
