RESOLUTION NO. 146 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, <br />GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM H -6144, <br />"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />ADOPTED September 15, 1966 <br />WHEREAS,,the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has <br />reviewed the three separate appraisals for 5 parcels of real <br />estalte, being a portion only of the real estate to be acquired <br />in a LaSalle Park Project Area; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for 5 parcels of <br />estate as shown on HHFA Form H -6144 dated September 15, 1966, <br />are,J in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of <br />For H -6144, dated September 15, 1966, for 5 parcels of real <br />estate is hereby approved. <br />M <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />ission held on September 15, 1966, at the office of the <br />ission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
