RESOLUTION NO. 143 RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 135, TO REFLECT 82 INSTEAD OF 80 PARCELS FOR ACQUISITION APPROVAL WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, after due consideration, has decided that the said "Request for Concurrence in Acquisition Prices', here ofore adopted May 26, 1966, should be amended to read as follows: WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has nevi wed the three separate appraisals for 82 Parcels of real estate beinc a portion only of the real estate to be acquired in the LaSalle Park Project Area; and WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for 82 Parcels of real estate as shown on HHFA Form H -6144, dated May 25, 1966, are in the opinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the fili g with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, dated May 45, 1966, for 82 Parcels of real estate is hereby approved. dopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment sion held on August 4, 1966, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue, South Bend, Indiana.
