SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF <br />RE EVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HHFA FORM H -6144, <br />"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES" <br />ADOPTED August 4, 1966 <br />CJfJ. 1;< <br />WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing <br />Boy of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed <br />the three separate appraisals for 35 parcels of real estate, being a portion <br />only of the real estate to be acquired in the LaSalle Park Project Area; and, <br />WHEREAS, the proposed acquisition prices for 35 parcels of real estate <br />as hown on HHFA Form H -6144, dated August 4, 1966, are, in the opinion of <br />the Commission, fair and reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Co mission that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, <br />dat d August 4, 1966 for 35 parcels of real estate is hereby <br />approved. <br />Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />held on August 4, 1966, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle <br />Av nue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />
