OF THE <br />FILING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 139 <br />'ION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE <br />OF HHFA FORM H 6144 " REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ". <br />ADOPTED July 7, 1966 <br />W EREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of <br />the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the <br />three separate appraisals for 112 Parcels of real estate being a portion <br />only o the real estate to be acquired in the LaSalle Park Project Area; and <br />WHEREAS the proposed acquisition prices for 112 Parcels of real estate <br />as shown on HHFA Form H -6144, dated July 7, 1966, are in the opinion of <br />the Commission, fair and reasonable; now therefore, <br />B IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission that the <br />filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form H -6144, dated <br />July 7, 1966, for 112 Parcels of real estate is hereby approved. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held on July 7, 1966, at the office of the Commission, 120 West <br />LaSalle, Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />(SE. <br />ATTEST <br />W, J n <br />kL) <br />, Executive pyrector <br />SOUTH /BEND REDWELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />
