duly al renewa: the Un: RESOLUTION 'NO. 138 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CERTAIN CERTIFICATES OF ELIGIBILITY FOR FHA SECTION 220 AND SECTION 221 MORTGAGE INSURANCE, LASALLE PROJECT NO. 1, INDIANA R -57. , the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, is thorized and proposes to undertake and carry out a certain urban project of the character authorized by law with financial aid by Led States of America; and- WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, is required to provide the relocation assistance to individuals and families displaced by actions taken in carrying out said urban renewal project; and, WHEREAS, individuals and families being displaced by any govern- mental ction are entitled to special provisions under FHA Section 220 and Sec ion 221 Mortgage Insurance; and, WHEREAS, individuals and families being so displaced need a Certi- ficate f Eligibility, FH:.
