RESOLUTION NO. 136 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A BID OR BIDS <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF $1,195.400 PRELIMINARY LOAN NO'T'ES OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEP.ARTMFNT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS,I the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment is selling <br />$1,195, 000 lin preliminary loan notes for the financing of an Urban <br />Renewal P oject in the City of South Bend, Indiana, designated as <br />LaSalle Park Project No. 1, Indiana R -57, to be secured by an agreement <br />between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment and the <br />United States of America,,, and <br />the notes will be sold on the 12th day of July, 1966 at I o'clock <br />Eastern Daylight Savings Time. <br />NOW, TH�EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the <br />Department of Redevelopment of the City of South Bend, as follows: <br />The Executive Director or Assistant Director or Acting Finance Officer be <br />and is hereby authorized to accept the low bid or bids for <br />said preliminary loan notes with acceptance to be by telegram <br />and confirmed by letter. <br />AE (opted ttiis 7th clay of July, 1966. <br />
