In the City of South Bend, Indiana.. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and objected to the amount of assessments, but no written remonstrance wa.1 filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in. said roll filed July 28th. ,1920 is benef itted in the amount of Assessments . as, shown .on said, roll and the Board al further find that the .assessment roll filed July 28th. ,1920 and the final est im-ate allowed July 28th. 1920 should be and the same are hereby in all things, ratified confirmed and approved.
