Kemble Avenue riot to be re -opined until <br />Prairie Avenue is -re-opened, Proper barricades and detours signs to be placed and the <br />Police a-nd Fire Department to be notified when streets are closed and re -opened. <br />The, following resolution Was adopted by the Beard. <br />STkEET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 836. <br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, <br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, , that it is des irad and deemed necessary to Improve <br />Ewing Avenue from Michigan Street to Miami Street as follows, t o-ttt: -- <br />Said Avenue shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved; and <br />also the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect <br />said street shall be graded and paved.
