<br />This Agreement, Made sand entered into this 6th. day of August 1920 by and
<br />Between Williston Con;3truotion Company of the County of St. Joseph and State of
<br />Indians. ( Hereinafter referred to as the " Contractor"), and the City of South Bend,

<br />The contractor further expressly, covenants an4'agrees that ip the prosecution of said work all proper

<br />contractor will at his own expense defend the same, and will pay any judgment recovered therein, and kill in
<br />all respects fully indemnify and save harmless said city, its officers, agents or representatives from all cost,
<br />expense, payment or judgment recovered in connection with such claim or clairns, action or actions. And 'f
