Gent lemon: - _ I hereby remonstrate against ,the amount of my assessment on Michigan Street for asphalt pavement, for the following reasons. In the widening of Ewing Ave Me ten feet of my property has been taken for street purposes, and my' proparty instead .of having a, froatsge on Michigan Street of 32,765 feet has only 22.765 feet, and I have been assessed for 32.765 feet,or $369.26. The Board ever-ruledl all written` remonstrances and therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed October 26th.0.1920' is benef itted in the amount cf assessments as shown on said roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll I filed October 26th.,1920 and the final estimate thereon allswed'Oetober 26th.,1920 should be and the same are an all"things, ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board instructed the Engineer to have a antractor fix defective piece :of pavement at 125 Bowman Street.
