<br />this hearing was deferred until Monday October llth.,1920 at 10:00 A.M., at which times the Board continued this hearing until tuesday October 12th.,1920 at 10:00 A.M. Attorney
<br />Arthur Gillom, Attorney for the South Bend Motor. Bus Company being only party present
<br />interested in. se id c.ontr.act before the Board, the hearing was then held by the Board, and
<br />Inc objectors appeared and, no. written re moss trance was filed, the Board thereupon takes
<br />f ina l act ion ' on said South Bend Motor Bus Company's contract by o onf irming .,saw as
<br />adopted and referred same to the Common Council for their ratification.
