Resolved further that notices -in form required by law be >published _an. the 15th., day of September 1920 and on the 22nd. day of September 1920 in the South Bend Daily Tribune a news.paprr of general circulation in this City, setting and fixing the 29th. ;day of September 1920 at 7:15 P.M. at the office of this Board in the City Hall South Bend, Indiana as the time and place when this Board wij, receive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against each of the lots and parcels of land on said roll., and will hear and determine whether such lots.. and parcels of land will be specially benefitted by said improvement by the amounts stated and set forth in said roll.
