Thane property owners referred to a number of petitions that had. been <br />filed in the past and no attention had been given this matter. The Board advised <br />these property owners that they would instruct the City Engineer -to have plan drawn <br />and figures submitted for the submerging of this outlet into the river, <br />Guarantee bond of the Brookf ie ld Street pipe sewer filed by <br />Staples & Ackerman, same approved by the Board. <br />Contractors bond for $10000.00 of Peter Miller approved by the <br />Board. <br />Property owners res id ing on Haney $venue between Michigan St. <br />and High Street appeared before the Board and presented written petition requesting they <br />paving of Haney Avenue from Michigan Street to High Street immediately. Same read and <br />plued- on file, <br />
