Only containers which currently are authorized by regulation for chlorine, <br />which have been inspected and reconditioned as described herein, and which <br />have been tested within the period required by regulations should be filled. It <br />is illegal to ship chlorine containers that have been filled by or without the <br />consent of the owner. <br />2. Due to the volatile nature of this chemical, the chlorine provider must be able <br />to have one (1) accredited Safety and Handling of Chlorine class per year for <br />South Bend Perswinel. <br />3.
