CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING APRIL 16, 2019 96 <br />1 <br />�i <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:08 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />April 16, 2019 by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Members Therese Dorau and <br />Board President Gary Gilot present. Board Members Laura O'Sullivan and Genevieve Miller were <br />absent. The meeting was held in the 131h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Dorau stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Dorau stated <br />the following claims were submitted to the Board for approval: <br />Name <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend <br />$1,010,997.58 <br />04/16/2019 <br />U.S. Bank National Association; Requisition No. 105; <br />Charles Black Center <br />$5.96.20 <br />03/14/2019 <br />Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved <br />as submitted. Mr. Gilot seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion by Ms. Maradik, <br />seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:09 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />qi�.da M.
