SUSTAINABLE LED STREET LIGHTING <br />AmeriPlex-Indianapolis - Purdue Research Park, World Connect <br />Holladay Properties is proud to have completed one of Indianapolis' first private LED street <br />lighting projects. Looking to install decorative fixtures at key intersections with comfortable and <br />even light, the King Luminaire LED products were a perfect choice. Future cost savings in electricity <br />and lamp replacement becomes a simple added value. The fixtures do not produce infrared or <br />ultraviolet light and contain no hazardous materials, which fits with Holladay's low impact <br />development strategies. <br />THE PROMENADE AT FOUNDERS SQUARE <br />Portage, Indiana <br />The Promenade at Founders Square is a new $40 million mixed -use development, and one of the <br />largest single investments in Holladay's 66-year history. The project offers 304 residential units <br />and over 10,000 square feet of fully -leased ground floor commercial space with immediate access <br />to Founders Square Park. Extensive landscaping and concrete sidewalks through -out. <br />
